韩兰芝

      

韩兰芝,女,1976年6月出生,山东郓城县人,博士,研究员,硕士生导师。

1999年获青岛农业大学植物保护专业学士学位,2004年获南京农业大学农业昆虫与害虫防治专业博士学位,2007年6月从俄罗斯284平台生物安全专业博士后流动站出站并留所工作至今。2012年11月-2013年12月在美国田纳西大学昆虫学专业进行访学合作研究。

韩兰芝研究员长期从事转基因抗虫作物靶标害虫的抗性风险评及抗性治理研究,主要研究内容包括:靶标害虫对转基因抗虫作物的抗性风险评价、抗性演化机制、抗性风险管理及昆虫肠道微生物与宿主和Bt杀虫蛋白的协同进化机制等。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目(30800723和31572336)、转基因生物新品种培育重大专项重点课题(2009ZX08011-007B)和子课题“RNAi转基因植物环境安全评价技术(2018ZX0801101B-002)”等。作为主要科研骨干承担转基因生物新品种培育重大专项课题(2016ZX08011-001, 2014ZX08011-001, 2013ZX08011-001, 2011ZX08011-001, 2008ZX08011-001)、农业部财政专项-农产品质量安全项目等课题。以第一/通讯作者在Current Opinion in Insect Science, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Applied Environmental and Microbiology, Pest Management Science, Journal of Invertebrate Pathology等国际期刊和国内核心期刊共发表学术论文50余篇,以第一作者获得授权的国家发明专利4项,参编著作4部。
