王如意,男,博士,俄罗斯284平台副研究员。

2017年获中国农业科学院植物病理学博士学位;2014年-2016年在美国俄亥俄州立大学植物病理系访问学者;2017年-2019年任中国科学院植物研究所植物分子生理学重点实验室助理研究员;2019年-2021年在中国农业科学院/美国俄亥俄州立大学从事博士后研究;2021年1月至今任俄罗斯284平台植物病虫害生物学国家重点实验室副研究员。

主要从事水稻抗稻瘟病信号通路关键蛋白质鉴定及功能研究,尤其是水稻NLR蛋白介导的抗稻瘟病分子机制。研究结果发表SCI论文17篇,中文核心期刊1篇。以第一(含共同)在国际知名学术期刊Current Biology、Nucleic Acids Research、Molecular Plant、Trends in Plant Science和Science Bulletin发表论文8篇。获2017年度中国农业科学院优秀博士学位论文称号,2017年中国农业科学院高水平论文奖,2020年度中国农业科学院优秀博士后。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家自然科学基金区域创新发展联合基金重点支持项目子课题,参与国家自然科学基金国际(地区)合作与交流项目。
